Role Overview: Manage client communications, oversee internal progress of client requests, and strategize for optimal client success.
Roles and Responsibilities: Act as primary contact for assigned clients, tracking deliverables and ensuring completion. Troubleshoot and address client issues, escalating only if necessary. Document client communications in Zoho/Teamwork profiles. Communicate client changes, requests, and concerns internally, ensuring timely completion. Analyze client performance and communicate results and recommendations. Monitor client websites, results, and goals for growth opportunities. Collaborate with the Fulfillment Team for client onboarding and offboarding. Manage assigned client accounts and workload. Conduct client calls with professionalism for strategy delivery. Coordinate client surveys, analyze feedback, and provide recommendations. Internal/Team Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date information in Zoho profiles for practice contacts. Collaborate with billing for client payment information. Participate in website reviews and team meetings. Lead projects to enhance service quality and team effectiveness. Stay updated on Firegang tools and online marketing strategies. Own assigned systems/processes. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field. Experience in Client escalation management Proven leadership experience in customer service. Strong knowledge of CRM tools. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Virtual management experience. Demonstrated Skills: Initiative and unique problem-solving approach. Ownership of projects and client satisfaction. Independent and team-oriented work style. Adaptability and ability to handle pressure. Research skills and adaptability to change. Bonus Points: Dental/medical marketing experience. Remote team management experience.
