Job summary
The Site Manager is the face of Manpower's service team to the clientResponsible for creating strong consultative client relationshipResponsible for issue resolution and ensuring service delivery alignment
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Create and execute site strategy for client satisfaction, growth, profitability, and improvement• Increase the number of associates out and attract, engage, market, employ, and advance candidates/associates• Manage site resources including hiring, coaching, developing, and performance managing support team• Monitor and track client compliance requirements and dashboards• Build strong relationships and trust with local client hiring managers• Execute client retention and satisfaction programs• Actively solicit and receive orders from the client• Generate sales leads and transition them to the appropriate Sales team• Forecast upcoming labor needs and gather immediate labor needs from the client• Ensure compliance with Manpower policy and federal and state laws• Responsible for associate performance management and engagement• Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status
Requirements
• Minimum 1-3 years in staffing, customer service, and/or sales• High school diploma or equivalent• Digital Literacy: desktop (e.g., MS Word and Outlook) and social applications• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (nice to have)• Experience managing onsite programs in staffing / workforce solutions industry (nice to have)
