The Support Associate, Client Services works under direct supervision of the Account Manager and/or Program Lead and is responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned client programs at that tactical level.
** Hybrid based role our of our Somerset, NJ office.
Generate work orders and reports Assist in inventory reconciliation Preparation of client reports Process special client requests Provide internal clients with email, fax, and phone support Prepare samples for client approval Monitor inventory levels and back order situations Set up job folders, filing and records storage procedures Complete other program management tasks as identified by the Program Manager or Account Manager Execute needed deliverables in a timely, efficient, and cost effective manner providing the highest level of customer service Maintain ReSource Hours and accurately capture billable, non-billable, and overtime hours Associates degree preferred 1-2 years work experience in an office environment Experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Detail oriented with high level of customer service skills Knipper Health is an equal opportunity employer. client service coordinator, client needs, sample management, marketing support coordinator, client program manager, pharmaceutical, brand, product Benefits of working as a Client Services Support Associate in Somerset, NJ:
