As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our clients' needs are met and exceeded at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients
- Provide product and service information to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions
- Request policy changes and updates as needed
- Schedule zoom appointments for clients
- Collaborate with other team members to find solutions and resolve any client issues
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or relevant work experience is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications
