ABOUT THE ROLEThe Client Services Lead will collaborate with our Revenue, Events, and other relevant teams to develop and lead project plans formediacampaigns,customcontent, andevents. This individual will lead and guide their seamless execution. You're capable of leading the execution of midsize to large, complex, integrated client programs with multiple stakeholders, while prioritizing financial health, clear communication and operational process.This position is full-time, reporting directly to the  Director of Ad Operations and Planning, and can be based out of Semafor's DC or NYC office, hybrid 3 days onsite.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOverall Account ManagementPlanning and executing projects as assignedManage and execute programs from start to finish, including both pre-sale and post-sale planningKey liaison between client/agency partners and internal teams for all production and execution related to a programPossesses an understanding of the capabilities and production needs for content, media, experiential and live event program components in order to ensure thorough scopingAbility to quickly respond to shifting project needs or issues with a solution oriented mindsetAssists with daily scheduling, resource management and coordination of all project variablesManages day-to-day of projects as assigned, including creating program toolkits, and building program timelinesMaintains and organizes project folders, manages team notifications and meetingsWorks ensure appropriate staffing is secured for each project and develops RACIs for those projectsMaintains project plans, milestones and roadmapDay to Day Account ManagementTakes into account the context of the program in order to effectively drive the prioritization, definition and sequencing of work, and to identify risks and dependenciesCapable of managing interrelated, multi-disciplinary, multi-platform projects requiring dedicated coordination and oversight and is known for stress-free launches, program transitions, and program kick offsIncreased self-direction and ability to operate across a program independently, with less oversightIs an effective time manager of meetings; keeps the pace on track; has meeting agendasHas developed a reputation as a strong and trusted project and program managerCommunicates with leadership, notifying them of potential issues and working across teams to resolve them before they become project-threateningIntuitive and effective communicator with internal teams and with clients, articulating issues concisely (in a timely manner), using the most appropriate medium and is able to effectively set and manage internal and external expectationsIs seen as a leader and an asset in internal meetings as well as client meetings and ensures the right people are in the room for key decisionsPersistent in the face of roadblocks; dispatches them efficiently, pulling in others as necessarySummarizes meetings with concise written notes that capture key discussion points, creative suggestions, and action items; holds team accountable for action itemsResponsible for ensuring that teams and stakeholders know the right things at the right timeABOUT YOUThe ideal person is:LeaderResilientConfidentGoes the extra mile and chooses to take on responsibilitySolicits feedback from others and is eager to find ways to improveBuilds and/or recommends tools that can improve program effectivenessSolution obsessed with a can-do mentalityA people personPhenomenal collaboratorTakes responsibility and ownership for their workA proven project/program manager with ability to prioritizeA self-starter who identifies opportunities and potential problems – addressing them effectively and efficientlyProactive planner, always thinking three steps aheadDesired SkillsExperience managing complex, multi-location and multidisciplinary projectsStrong understanding of Project Accounting8+ years of relevant experienceTakes responsibility and ownership for their workFeels accountable and knows how to ask questions and learn from mistakesAble to communicate in a clear, consistent and transparent mannerAmbitious, proactive and solution-obsessedDemonstrated experience managing initiativesProven project/program management skills, with ability to prioritizeCompensation:The base salary for this position at the time of posting will range from $85,000.00 - $99,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
