New grads! We have an amazing opportunity with a high-growth Home Care provider in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and with inbound/outbound calls. Bachelor's degree is preferred. This opportunity is open for immediate hire! What to expect:

Manage coordination of care for clients Deliver exceptional and compassionate customer service and problem resolutions Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and managed care organizations Be a team player with all departments Prepare reports as requested Additional details: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Client's location: Philadelphia, PA 19123 Experience with staffing and scheduling is a plus!
