As a Remote Client Services Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with clients, as well as various vendors and suppliers, to curate personalized vacation experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
- Craft, organize, and execute travel itineraries encompassing airline bookings, car rentals, cruises, accommodations, amusement parks, event tickets, and a diverse range of tours and activities.


- Facilitate payment processing on behalf of clients to secure reservations promptly.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with vendors and suppliers within the industry.
- Engage in continuous learning through ongoing training sessions to expand and refine your knowledge base.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Offer guidance to clients regarding necessary travel documents such as passports or visas.
**Skills and Requirements:**
- Successfully complete the required Certification program within specified timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date agent registrations with vendors and suppliers.
- Access to a laptop, computer, or smartphone with reliable internet connectivity is essential.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills and impeccable organizational abilities.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous personal travel experience is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Prior exposure to hospitality and/or sales roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
