Client Services Account Manager

We are seeking a professional Client Services Account Manager to join a growing team in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent position with benefits. The ideal candidate will have a background in business analyst work or prior client management experience.
Job Description: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients including email and telephone communication related to contingency client operationsServe as a liaison between client services and operationsCommunicate and update Client Services leadership and team membersConsistently manage follow-upFacilitate and deliver successful completion of assigned projectsAssist with audit responses, oversee client system conversions, handle performance building, manage procedure documentation and placement ticket handlingAnalyze existing processes and procedures, and provide feedback to managementAssist management with implementing new and innovative ways to perform the functionsCreate, build, and maintain key relationships with clientsQualifications: High School diploma is requiredBachelor's Degree preferred but not requiredExperience in business analyst type work or prior client management experienceExpereince in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access)Hours: Monday to Friday (Standard Business Hours of Operation)Onsite for training then a Hybrid schedule after training.Compensation & Benefits: $45,000 to $50,000Permanent/Direct HireMedical benefitsHybrid schedule after training
