Job Description:
INTL FCStone is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in client services or a related field. The ideal candidate should demonstrate resourcefulness and reliability, while also possessing strong soft skills such as persuasion and critical thinking.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and quality service- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues- Provide support during the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience- Analyze client data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics and discuss potential solutions to optimize client satisfaction- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field- 3+ years of experience in client services or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
