This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any questions or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner- Provide support and guidance to clients on our products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and complaints- Maintain accurate client records and documentation- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Resourceful and reliable with a strong attention to detail- Project management and time management skills- High school diploma or equivalent- No experience required, training will be provided
