Job Description:
Broadcom is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with no prior experience who are looking to kickstart their career in client service.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat- Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product/service demonstrations- Continuously seek ways to improve the overall client experience- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
