Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance. This is a remote work position based in San Jose, California. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client service role and possess excellent presentation and time management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels- Assist clients with account inquiries, policy changes, and other service-related tasks- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database- Educate clients on insurance products and services to meet their specific needs- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a client service role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent presentation and time management abilities- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
