Client Service Specialist Location Wyoming, MI : Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with Grand Rapids Iron & Metal seeking an experienced Client Service Specialist. Successful candidates will have general bookkeeping experience, excellent customer relationship management skills and be service-oriented. Client Service Specialist Benefits: Flexible work scheduled Healthcare benefits Dental and Vision Paid holidays Paid time off Positive, friendly work environment Client Service Specialist Responsibilities: Serve external and internal customers by understanding their needs or requests and delivering service with kindness, accuracy and efficiency all while maintaining company policies, guidelines and systems. Front Office: Greet and assist Clients Answer phones Operate Truck Scale Notify warehouse team of incoming clients Create transportation documents Update logistics status trackers Accounts Payable: Create and maintain QuickBooks / Rematter vendor and customer information Create, maintain and apply rates to vendor accounts Assist with monthly payment purchase orders Accounts Receivable: Initiate invoice and paperwork Assist with Account Receivables collections Assist with the receiving process and paperwork Other Responsibilities: Client Services - schedule service requests Inventory - assist in inventory adjustments Data Entry - provide support to various departments Equipment - Assist Maintenance Manager with Hippo Software - scanning and entering Data Human Resources - Assist Office Manager with payroll and onboarding new team members Partner with office manager on various projects Participate in special project Look for opportunities for continuous improvement Other jobs as assigned Client Service Specialist Qualifications: QuickBooks Word and Excel (or Google equivalent)3-5 years bookkeeping experience General Office Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Associates degree Excellent organizational and time management skills.
