Job Description:
DoorDash is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, the Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of reliability and adaptability.
Responsibilities:1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner2. Resolving client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently3. Providing product information and assistance to clients4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience5. Maintaining accurate and detailed client records in our CRM system6. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role2. Reliable and adaptable personality traits3. Strong teamwork and time management skills4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal6. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
