Job Description:
Duke Energy is currently seeking a reliable and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and in-person communication- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database system- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner- Assist in resolving any client issues or complaints to ensure client satisfaction- Utilize decision-making and critical thinking skills to assess complex client situations and provide appropriate solutions- Conduct research and analysis to support client requests and inquiries- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
