Job Description:

As a Client Service Specialist at Disney in Denver, Colorado, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in a variety of industries. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating client requests, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis, showcasing the value of Disney's services- Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot client issues and provide innovative solutions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong presentation skills- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
