As a Client Service Specialist at Lear in Austin, Texas, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing solutions to client issues.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on products or services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to clients- Prepare reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with relevant information- Attend client meetings, conferences, and events as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client services or account management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Passionate and motivated individual with a high level of creativity and innovation- Proven track record of successful client relationship management- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
