Seaboard is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team in New York City. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with order processing- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience- Utilize communication skills to deliver presentations and provide leadership during client interactions- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Leadership qualities and the ability to present information effectively- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
