Job Description:

CMS Energy is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in New York City, New York. This position will be remote work, providing an opportunity for flexibility and work-life balance. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track progress, and generate reports- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients

Requirements:- Adaptable and energetic personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address client issues and find solutions- Ability to work cooperatively with team members and across departments to meet client needs- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software to manage client relationships and data effectively
