Job Description:We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team at Fidelity National Financial in Houston, Texas. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, managing their accounts, and addressing any inquiries they may have. This role requires a high level of independence, resourcefulness, cooperation, and creativity to effectively meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all communications and inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions and maintaining records- Provide personalized assistance to clients, offering solutions to their financial needs and goals- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure seamless service delivery- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for additional services- Stay informed about financial products and services to effectively educate clients and provide recommendations based on their needs- Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field- 4+ years of experience in a client service or financial services role- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team- Demonstrated resourcefulness and creativity in finding solutions- Knowledge of financial products and services preferred
