Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Norfolk Southern is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Entry-Level Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This role requires individuals who are energetic, reliable, and possess strong teamwork and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients- Handle client complaints and escalations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in client service

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role- Energetic and reliable individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service- Demonstrated teamwork and strategic planning abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
