Job Description:

As a Client Service Representative at DuPont in Denver, Colorado, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in a variety of industries. Your main duties will include managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and following up on any outstanding issues.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update client information in the database- Monitor client accounts to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvement- Provide feedback to management on client issues and suggest ways to enhance the customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Driven and resourceful personality traits- Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
