Job Description:
Ecolab is currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Client Service Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have- Identify and assess clients' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Assist in developing and implementing client relationship management strategies- Monitor and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery- Contribute to the development of client service policies and procedures- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client service or customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Must be detail-oriented and organized- Must be willing to travel occasionally
