Job Description:
Supervalu, a leading grocery retail company based in New York City, is seeking a talented Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact on our clients and business.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in our CRM system- Assist in creating and implementing client service strategies to improve overall client satisfaction and retention- Monitor client feedback and trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- 4 years of experience in client service or a similar role- Energetic and resilient personality traits- Strong people management and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment- Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
