Masco is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a seniority level of mid-to-senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client service management.

The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. They will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Track and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients- Provide regular reports on client metrics and performance

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- At least 8 years of experience in client service management- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Driven and confident personality traits- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
