Job Description:

Ball, a leading company in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Service Manager to work from home on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client service or account management, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and requests- Understand each client's unique needs and preferences to provide personalized service and support- Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and resolve any challenges that may arise- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on projects, services, and products- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients- Track and analyze client satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in client service, account management, or sales- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities- Effective presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Previous experience working from home is a plus
