Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Starbucks in Washington, D.C. This part-time position is ideal for professionals with at least 6 years of experience in client services and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of client service representatives, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.- Communicate with clients to address their needs and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and retention.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services to continuously improve processes and performance.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.- At least 6 years of experience in client services or a related field.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and empower team members.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop new and effective strategies.- Knowledge of CRM software and other client service tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
