Job Description:

United Technologies is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Service Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis to provide updates on services and offerings- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to continuously enhance the client experience- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven track record of at least 6 years in client service management- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
