Job Description:

Oscar Health is seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives.3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client service strategies that align with business goals.4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints to ensure a positive experience.6. Track and report on key performance metrics to measure client satisfaction and business impact.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the client service experience.8. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of service delivery.

Requirements:1. 8+ years of experience in a client service management role.2. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Resourceful and independent with the ability to work autonomously.5. Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.8. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
