Job Description:
Supervalu is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with client inquiries, and managing client accounts.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Answer incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat- Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting - Provide product recommendations and information to clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong leadership and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
