Client Service Associate - Work From Home

Merck is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Fort Worth, Texas, US. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on a regular basis- Assist in the development of client service strategies- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes that may affect client services- Work independently to manage client accounts and develop relationships

Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong decision-making abilities- Excellent presentation skills- Driven and adaptable personality traits- Knowledge of client service best practices- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
