Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at D.R. Horton. This is a remote work position based in San Jose, California, US, with part-time hours and entry-level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of confidence and independence.

Responsibilities:- Assist clients with inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in our database- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely follow-up- Manage scheduling and appointment setting for clients and team members- Conduct research and analysis to support client requests and projects- Attend virtual meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a client service or similar role- Confident and independent personality traits- Strong attention to detail and planning skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
