Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Amgen is seeking a motivated and confident Client Service Associate to join our remote team in San Jose, California. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations5. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
