Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Client Service Associate to join our team at VF. This is a part-time remote work position based in Jacksonville, Florida, US. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with account setup, navigation, and troubleshooting on our online platform.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.
