Job Description:Huntsman, a leading company in the San Antonio area, is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage client communication through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings to address any inquiries or concerns- Maintain client records and update information as needed- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Attend client events and meetings to represent the company in a professional manner- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Team player with a cooperative attitude- Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service- Excellent presentation skills
