Job Description:
Corning is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolutions.3. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential solutions for clients.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.5. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients.6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.7. Use negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.8. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.7. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
