Client Service Associate

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), a global leader in manufacturing complex metal components and products, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience and a strong work ethic. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Assist with client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information- Support the Client Service team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships- Resolve client issues and escalations in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded- Assist with project management and tracking to ensure deadlines are met- Utilize technology to improve client service processes and enhance efficiency

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 1+ years of experience in client service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities- Project management experience is a plus- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
