Job Description:

SpartanNash is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Service Assistant at SpartanNash, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service to our customers.

Responsibilities:1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.3. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.4. Assist in the creation and delivery of client presentations and reports.5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.7. Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the client service department.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role.2. Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong desire to provide top-notch service to clients.3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights.4. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
