Client Service Assistant - Work From Home

Job description:

Mondelez International is seeking a motivated and driven Client Service Assistant to join our team in San Jose, California. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.5. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.6. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall department goals and objectives.7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients.8. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree preferred.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.4. Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.8. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
