Job Description:

Amphenol, a leading technology company in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in client service and communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and assistance to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- Manage client accounts, updating information, and processing orders as needed- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate client requests and ensure smooth operations- Provide product information and recommendations to clients to meet their needs and preferences- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for future reference- Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to clients- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company products and services

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong people management and decision-making abilities- Highly motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications- High school diploma or equivalent required
