Job Description:
As a Client Service Assistant at Microsoft, you will be responsible for providing remote support to clients based in Fort Worth, Texas. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have- Research solutions to client problems and provide timely and accurate responses- Assist in managing client accounts, including updating contact information and processing payments- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any escalations- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed- Assist in training new client service team members as needed
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a client service or customer service role- Reliable and able to work independently- Strong decision-making skills and ability to conduct thorough research- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
