Job Description:

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a hardworking and driven Client Service Assistant to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with account management, including processing payments, updating contact information, and scheduling appointments.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and address any client concerns or feedback.4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.5. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.6. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings.7. Support the Client Service Manager with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.6. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve under pressure.7. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
