Job Description:
Hilton Worldwide Holdings is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:1. Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issues via phone, email, and in person.2. Maintain client records and update information as needed.3. Coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and company representatives.4. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.6. Handle client complaints and escalate issues as needed.7. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Requirements:1. Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to persuade and present information effectively.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.5. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
