Job Description:
Quanta Services is seeking a part-time Client Service Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, hardworking, and eager to learn. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the Client Service team in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.2. Assist the Client Service team in preparing and processing client orders, invoices, and contracts.3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database.4. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client meetings and appointments.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.6. Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Client Service Manager.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).6. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
