Client Relations Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

Ingram Micro is seeking a motivated and driven Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be a work from home opportunity based in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and growth.5. Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends.6. Utilize persuasion techniques to negotiate with clients and secure new business partnerships.7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.2. Strong research abilities to understand client needs and market trends.3. Persuasive skills to negotiate effectively with clients.4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.5. Self-motivated and driven to exceed client expectations.6. Experience in client relations or a related field is preferred.
