Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sanmina is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients- Communicate with clients over phone, email, and video conferencing to address their needs and concerns- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to improve client satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded- Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues- Track and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:- Motivated and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting- Strong research skills to gather information on client needs and market trends- Ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of clients- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
