Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Time Warner is seeking a talented and passionate Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining positive relationships- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their needs and concerns- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and problem resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Provide clients with product and service information, recommendations, and updates- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the CRM system- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, making recommendations for improvement as needed

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service- Confidence and passion for working with clients and providing exceptional service- Adaptability to changing client needs and a fast-paced work environment- Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for clients- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
