Job Description:
Raytheon Technologies is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate-level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.2. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.5. Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and address any issues or concerns.6. Develop creative solutions to client challenges and provide exceptional customer service.7. Provide support in creating proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations.
