Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Simon Property Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client events and activities.- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and measure satisfaction levels.- Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.- Project manage initiatives to enhance the client experience.- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to attract new clients.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role.- Strong analytical skills and experience in project management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
