Client Relations Representative - Work From Home

C3.ai is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a work from home position with the opportunity for remote work flexibility. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions- Develop and execute strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty- Monitor client accounts and track performance metrics- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communication

Requirements:- Adaptable and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
